In the greater Toronto area (GTA) Home Price Index (HPI) benchmark was down by 6.9 per cent year-over-year in May 2023, but up by 3.2 per cent on a monthly basis compared to April 2023. The average selling price, is $1,196,101, a small 1.2 per cent decline since May 2022. The average selling price was up by 3.5 per cent compared to April 2023. TRREB Report
