While inventory is still below the norm, we are finally seeing signs of a more balanced market as the number of active listings increases. That means if you're a buyer there's more choice right now. If you’re a seller. remember the market doubled in the last 5 years and increased 25% in the last few months so a 5% decrease still puts you in a strong position.
While some buyers are adopting a wait and see approach, in real estate it's better to buy and wait then wait and see. If you hold a property long enough you should see a good ROI.
