It has been a busy start to the 2022 as buyers continue to see fierce competition in the Hamilton - Toronto housing market. Record low inventory and high demand continue to push sales prices to new hights.
This is the first time that the average sale price has topped over $1,000,000, on RAHB (Real Estate Association of Hamilton- Burlington) Last month the average sale price in Hamilton came in at $976,423; Burlington was $1,369,337 and Toronto at $1,242,793.
