This spring has brought a noticeable shift in the real estate market. Despite recent slowdowns—demand remains high. I’ve personally seen many buyers through open houses, indicating strong interest, even if most aren’t feeling urgent due to uncertainty around the economy, tariffs, and potential interest rate changes.
